60-day money-back guarantee
You can return the product within 60 days of receiving your order and get your money back if you are not satisfied.
For a return to be approved, the product must:
- Be in good condition
- Be complete with any accessories
- Be returned in its original packaging
How to make a return
Please contact us first at info@getcleancaps.com. Once we have received your request, we will send you return instructions and the return address.
Returns sent without contacting us first cannot be processed.
Return shipping
The customer pays for return shipping, unless:
- The product was damaged on delivery
- The wrong item was sent
- The product is defective
For approved claims, we of course cover the return shipping.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If the product is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and we will help you free of charge.
Exceptions
The return policy does not apply to:
- Special-order or personalized products
- Gift cards
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange for a different color or product, please return the original item first and then place a new order on our website.
Refunds
Once we have received and approved your return, we refund the amount to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds are normally processed within about 14 business days after the return has been received and inspected. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few extra business days for the money to appear in your account.
