Shipping and delivery

At Clean Caps, we work with reliable logistics and shipping partners to make sure your order arrives safely and smoothly.

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse as soon as possible after the order is placed.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States, Canada and Norway.

Shipping cost

United States: tracked shipping costs $2.99, and is free on orders of $29.99 or more.

Canada: tracked shipping costs C$3.99, and is free on orders of C$39.99 or more.

The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery time to the United States and Canada is:

7–14 business days

Please note that the delivery time is an estimate and may be affected by high order volumes, public holidays, carrier delays or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order confirmation and tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with tracking information.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct delivery details when placing the order.

Duties and taxes

Any import duties or taxes, if applicable, are shown at checkout or charged by the carrier according to local rules.

Unclaimed parcels

If a parcel is not picked up within the time limit set by the carrier, it is automatically returned to our warehouse.

For unclaimed parcels that are returned to us, we may deduct the original shipping cost from the refund.

Damage in transit

If the parcel or product is damaged on delivery, please contact us as soon as possible and we will help you.
